⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience at Haidilao! We had such an amazing experience at Haidilao! This was our first time, and from the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. We only had about a 5-minute wait around 8:30 PM on a Thursday night, and while we waited, we were offered complimentary Korean snacks and iced tea in the lobby, which was such a nice touch. Once we were seated, our server Hieu was incredible. We ordered the beef soup, Kobe beef belly, and egg noodles, and everything was delicious. The DIY all-you-can-eat sauce bar was also such a fun experience—you can customize your sauce with pretty much anything you can imagine! Since it was our first time, Hieu made sure we understood everything and patiently answered all of our questions. What really stood out to me was how attentive he was. I was literally thinking to myself, “I need to make sure I don’t splash anything on my clothes before our next activity for date night.” Within seconds, Hieu came over with aprons for both of us so we could protect our outfits. 😂 That level of attentiveness really made an impression on me. From the exceptional service, including Paul the host, to the fun atmosphere, and the amazing food this place has it all! Our kids loved being able to order on an iPad where they could see pictures of all the food/drink options, and having a talking robot deliver your food was so much fun. We all had the best time cooking the food and it kept us all engaged the entire meal, which is a total plus! Great place for families and a date night alike!

Four stars for the price. Personally, I believe that for cooking your own meal, the price should be a bit lower. Just from one plate of beef brisket, one plate of fish cake, and one Meowberry dessert, I ended up paying $40 + $6 tip for myself. It was definitely delicious! I can’t deny that. I got the chicken bone broth. Our server is very friendly and a total vibe with my friend and I. I’m definitely visiting back here when I get my next paycheck, lol!

Solid choice for hotpot all around. The food was amazing and the meat quality was superb here. Our server was very attentive and they even had robots bring the food around. We did the AYCE and the kids even got a tray of chicken nuggets, fruit, and yakult drink. We ordered a premium meat on top of the AYCE but if definitely wasn’t necessary unless you’ve never tried A5 Wagyu. They even had soft serve at the end of the big meal and was a great addition to our Saturday in La Jolla.

First time eating at Haidilao in UTC and it was great. We celebrated an 11th birthday there and they really made it special for her. The food was delicious and everything tasted great. Since it was our first time, the staff helped us order the right amount and made the whole process easy. Shoutout to Aizzer, Alan Z, and Stephanie for the amazing service. They gave a lot of attention to the birthday girl and made her feel special. Really appreciate how kind and attentive they were. Definitely coming back.
